General terms for online ticket sales

Based on Article 4, item 26 of the Road Transport Act (“Narodne Novine” No. 82/2013) and Article 40 of the General Terms of Transport, the company director establishes the following

general terms for online ticket sales

1. General provisions

Article 1.

These general terms for online ticket sales define the conditions under which the ticket sales service provider Pleso prijevoz d.o.o. (hereinafter: Pleso prijevoz) will, on its website www.plesoprijevoz.hr provide the ticket sales service. These general terms supplement the General Terms of Transport of Pleso prijevoz d.o.o., Zagreb.

2. Transport contract

Article 2.

Pleso prijevoz provides ticket sales for specific routes and departures listed on the website www.plesoprijevoz.hr. When purchasing a ticket online, a seat on the vehicle is secured and no additional fee is charged. Seat reservation without purchasing a ticket is not possible. The transport contract is considered concluded after the payment transaction is successfully completed, after which the ticket/invoice is delivered to the buyer’s email address.

3. Delivery of the ticket and invoice

Article 3.

The delivered ticket/invoice must be printed by the customer and brought on the trip. When boarding, the customer presents the ticket to the transport staff.

4. Fees and payment method

Article 4.

Information about ticket prices is available on the website www.plesoprijevoz.hr and at the system’s sales points. Tickets in the online store can be paid by credit cards American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa. Installment payments are not allowed.

5. Sales deadlines

Article 5.

Tickets referred to in Article 2 of these General Terms can be purchased on the website www.plesoprijevoz.hr no later than 24 hours before the departure time for domestic road transport.

6. Refund of transport fee

Article 6.

The carrier undertakes to refund the passenger the transport fee reduced by 20% as handling costs if the passenger cancels the trip and submits a request to the carrier no later than 24 hours before the start of the trip.

If the passenger requests a refund for the unused portion of a return ticket within its validity period, the carrier will deduct the one-way fare with the applicable commercial discount and 20% handling costs from the paid return ticket price, and will pay the difference to the passenger.

The validity period of a return ticket is calculated from the day the trip starts and is valid for 3 months.

No refund will be granted for lost, damaged, or destroyed tickets, or for tickets cancelled after the deadline stated in Article 6(1) of these General Terms.

A passenger who, through their own fault, travels with another carrier instead of the carrier for which the ticket was purchased is not entitled to a refund.

The carrier is not obliged to refund the ticket if the passenger missed the departure due to their own fault or the fault of a third party (flight delay, задержavanje at the airport).

Article 7.

The refund is processed based on a submitted refund request sent to the email plesoprijevoz@plesoprijevoz.hr or by registered mail to: Pleso prijevoz d.o.o., Držićeva 4, 10000 Zagreb.

A refund request for payments made via the online system must include the transaction number. Refunds are carried out according to the customer’s agreement with the card issuer (to the customer’s account, by reducing the next card statement, etc.). The carrier has no insight into the method of refund.

A refund request for payments made to the carrier’s bank account must include FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, ADDRESS, OIB, and a valid bank account (IBAN) for the refund. Refunds are paid exclusively to the account specified in the refund request.

7. Change of departure time

Article 8.

Changing the departure time for a ticket purchased online is possible only with a phone notice at least 72 hours before travel, at 01/6331-999, from 08:30–15:30 Monday to Friday.

9. Final provisions

Article 10.

The carrier may amend these General Terms in accordance with its business policy and applicable laws and EU regulations.

Article 11.

These General Terms enter into force on the day they are adopted, are available to passengers on the carrier’s website www.plesoprijevoz.hr, and apply from 01/01/2017.

10. Privacy statement

Pleso prijevoz se obavezuje pružati zaštitu osobnim podacima kupaca, na način da prikuplja samo nužne, osnovne podatke o kupcima/korisnicima koji su nužni za ispunjenje naših obveza, informira kupce o načinu korištenja prikupljenih podataka, redovito daje kupcima mogućnost izbora o upotrebi njihovih podataka, uključujući mogućnost odluke žele li ili ne da se njihovo ime ukloni s lista koje se koriste za marketinške kampanje. Svi se podaci o korisnicima strogo čuvaju i dostupni su samo djelatnicima kojima su ti podaci nužni za obavljanje posla. Svi djelatnici Pleso prijevoza i poslovni partneri odgovorni su za poštivanje načela zaštite privatnosti.

11. Security statement

T-Com Pay Way applies modern data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit data encryption and the MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and card issuer authorization centers takes place within a private network protected from unauthorized access by a double firewall layer.

11A. Security statement – addendum

Since 15/11/2019, Pleso prijevoz has used WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure online payment system for real-time payments via credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides secure entry and transmission of card data, as confirmed by its PCI DSS certification. WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transmitting data.

As the processor for credit card authorization and collection, WSPay processes personal data as a data processor and handles personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and strict PCI DSS L1 rules regarding the protection of data entry and transmission.

Personal data used for authorization and charging, i.e., for fulfilling obligations under the contract, is considered confidential information.

To execute the contract (authorization and charging), the following customer personal data is required:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Card type
  • Card number
  • Card expiration date
  • Card CVV

WSPay does not process or use this personal data for any purpose other than executing authorization and charging. WSPay guarantees compliance with all applicable data protection requirements for processors, in particular implementing all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, as confirmed by its PCI DSS L1 certificate.
